Fraud, Con Men and the Lives of Their Wives

The shadow bankers at Canyon Partners, filling the holes of the commercial banking system, have intentionally wreaked havoc on so many lives to satisfy their greed, leaving countless victims in their wake.   

It's common knowledge that it takes a team to complete construction projects, but Mitch Julis and Josh Friedman, the owners of Canyon Partners, repeatedly worked against their borrowers, withholding loan funds and intentionally tripping them up, while having their staff tell borrowers, "We're not your partner."  While they were not technically partners per the loan agreements, borrowers never dreamt that their lender would be their enemy, secretly plotting to steal their money and properties.  

Instead of releasing loan funds during construction in good faith, Julis and Friedman have repeatedly used a variety of duplicitous tactics including extortion, classic fraud of lulling borrowers into a false sense of security while secretly plotting to usurp control of their properties, manufacturing loan defaults when no loan payments were even late, causing liens by withholding loan funds, lying to courts, overpaying complicit lawyers, getting court orders fixed....  The list goes on.  Each fraudulent act strategically premeditated to steal from borrowers by abusing their power and responsibilities as a lender.
