"Was there one deal that you recall in the last 12 years that you were really excited got closed and worked out great for everybody?"
Robin's answer, "I don't recall any offhand."

John Plaga responded, "I don't think I can answer that."

Answer: That's a broad question. Could you be more
specific? I don't know what the question is.
Question: Okay. I was just wondering if you as chief
financial officer are aware of what litigation is or has
been in existence involving Canyon or any of its
entities.
Answer: Yes, I'm aware of litigation.
Question: Approximately how many -- approximately how
many lawsuits are you aware of pending at this time at
Canyon?
Answer: I don't know the number.
Question: Is there a list that would produce such a
number?
Answer: Not -- I don't know.
Question: How long have you been the chief financial officer?
Answer: Since 1997.
Question: Okay. Long time. During that time, do you
know how many different lawsuits Canyon or its entities
·have been involved with?
Answer: No.
Question: Do you know how many entities Canyon has sued
for default or foreclosure?
Answer: No.
Question: Would you have any idea of what that number
might be?
Answer: No.
Question: More or less than 25?
Answer: I don't know. Couldn't guess.
